Pros: On the positive side, it was easy to find the rental desk and the company’s cars at the airport.
Cons: We were disappointed with our experience at this car rental agency. We specifically booked and paid for a minivan (Volkswagen Touran or similar) but were given an MG EHS instead, which we were told was an upgrade. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the car, as it is significantly smaller than a minivan and was uncomfortable for five adults. Sadly, the agency did not offer us a larger vehicle at the same price, which made our rental experience frustrating.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1500 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1250.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax, Environmental Contribution fee.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Premium Location surcharge, Energy Surcharge, Winterization fee, Environmental Contribution fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
