Only when I presented photos I had taken myself upon pick up of the vehicle did they accept the scratch was pre-existing. If I had not taken the photos to prove it they would have billed me for someone else's damage.

Time spent at the counter was way too long, the level of English of the staff and their kindness were not on point at all. The tank of the car was almost empty. We gave it back almost full and did not get any rebate on the final bill for it.
