This is the first ever rental agency where we received a tourist guide of the country and also very impressive inspection process where they take pictures and a video of the car with you and you immediately get a copy of the inspection pictures and videos. It was on the dash, on the left of the steering column. Didn't try to turn on the lights until it was pitch black. When we called an agent to help and to register our complaint, they hung up. Drove home with no headlights.
