Felirent at Bari Airport

Pros: The staff cooperation and sympathy.

Pros: When returning the vehicle, the lady (another one) was friendly, spoke English, we did not wait for a transfer to the airport long.

Cons: Especially the attitude of the staff when picking up the vehicle. The lady at the counter was clearly uninterested in communication (let's leave her desperate English aside) and inflexible. Another thing is extortion with an additional payment, which is no longer necessary when booking online. I would not recommend to friends.

Pros: Efficient and courteous.

Cons: Just be more engaged with clients. Be friendlier. Smile. The cars are units. People are not units.its a people business.

Pros: The return speed and service - albeit I was there at opening time

Cons: The check in time was so slow (1hr) once I arrived at the location which was quite far away. My biggest issue was why did they ask for a €10 cash upfront payment to cover cleaning on return. I never heard of that before and did not take them up on their offer. I think this merely provides a social fund / tip. I don’t think I got an Economy Elite car which I ordered - I got a Lancia Ypsilion. Was this because I did not pay the €10 car cleaning contribution. There was an engine warning light on

Cons: Most things. The staff were quite friendly but they wasn’t enough of them and the company’s processes left a lot to be desired.

Cons: The ordered car was not available and team wanted to give smaller car where our luggage would not fit in. There was no logic at all in explanation, after discussion with help of Italian friends we got a car that fitted our luggage. But the discussion was not needed and specially after a long travel of us.

Cons: I booked Elite Mini with Fiat 500. They forced me to take Fiat Panda so just the regular Mini category with no discount etc. The car itself was in so-so condition.

Pros: 'm very disappointed, I just paid double what I was supposed to pay.They didn't tell me that my debit card would be double if I used a debit card. I didn't even get the car I booked. The Felirent deal was no help at all, I will never do it again, and I will not recommend it to anyone in Romania, that's for sure. I'm sorry that I'm not with them, never again!

Cons: We had agreed to drop the car at the airport and we had to go to their place, rushing so as not to lose the plane.

Pros: they take a huge deposit that they don't return and money is necessary in this day and age, they are rude and slow

Cons: The deposit of €700!!! is much to high for such a small car and comparing to other companies. No check if there was any damage and the tank was half full. There answer was:just make a film of the car so any damage at the car is filmed and take a picture of how full the tank is. But when I brought the car back the car was checked if there was any damage and enough benzine. There was no damage and I signed but i did not get any proof where i signed for and no proof of getting back my deposit

Cons: Slow on pick up, slow pick up by shittle bus. Didnt seem proffessional, and felt risky as they are located in a storage hall.

Cons: All processing was smooth and easy. The staff was helpful, and pleasant. The only down side was the warehouse got extremely hot during drop off, as the air conditioning unit was not working.

Cons: Long way from the airport to the rental car ( roughly 10 minutes ); Long way waiting for the pick up upon check out ( they have just 1 pick up van going a long way to/from airport ) and for the check out procedure that took us roughly 40 minutes! ; One of the agent, a young girl, was very rude towards a client next to us: she simply had an unexceptable unprofressional behaviour. The other agent were nice persons.

Cons: Don’t like when people hung up just because they don’t speak proper English or don’t understand. It’s to be a poor rates for sure!

Pros: Unfortunately, I was not able to rent the car as due to a peculiar policy of the Company even if I had all the documents available, but only the passport scanned they did not give me the car. I immediately called the discovercars call centre and explained the situation, there was nothing I could do and I am still waiting for the refund of the insurance fee.

Cons: They made me buy an extra insurance for 224,- euros because my creditcard didnt work. But i already paid insurance at discovercars. Workers didnt seem to care feels like a scam to me.

Cons: On 5 May we arrived to Bari Airport around 9.30 a. m. and I started calling Felirent (+393758529391). Nobody replied at least 20 minutes although the line was not busy and Felirent should be open from 8 a. m. to 8 p. m. When we finally reached Via dei Gerani, 2, Modugno, a female employee spoke very poor English and she was not able to answer to our questions concerning the car. We got the car with no fuel although the fuel policy on your website is FULL TO FULL.

Pros: Friendly service when we got there. Also they drove us to the airport fairly quickly after we handled the return of the car.

Cons: It was a little difficult to get hold of them and to understand where to get picked up from the airport

Cons: more than 100 minutes to pick up a car with just 2 other clients ahead of us. Very limited English knowledge of Felirent employees
