Pros: Easy to book last minute with clear pick up instructions. Very helpful staff particularly on drop off. Best price compared to other companies for short notice.

Cons: Had to wait a little while for the shuttle and couldn't get through on the phone initially but not a real issue.

Pros: Pick up ,and paperwork easy enough

Cons: Car was covered in scrapes, no paperwork given as to where to drop the car off. So at 4am on drop off morning, in an unfamiliar airport, we drove around three times, not finding where to park. Eventually parking where everyone else was parked. But got charged 18euro for our mistake. Agency should give a small map of where to park, to avoid this expense. Car clutch was very smelly on the motorway, felt like it was on its way out.

Pros: Upon return, I was a day late, the agent was calm and clear. The extra cost was reasonable. The process was stress free and the agent was helpful.

Cons: On collection of the car the agent was quite aggressive on three counts. Firstly our flight was late leaving and although I phoned advising we would be late I was told on arrival there would be extra charges as our booked car had been released. Secondly I was told I needed to upgrade to a more powerful car due to the steep roads in Madeira. Thirdly I was pressured to take out additional insurance, which I resisted, also the car park was dark for checking car over. Bad experience.

Cons: Of course they tried to sell a "more performing car, saying that ours was not able to go up the mountains." We needed to pay extra 25€ for premium insurance, covering damages only if we were mentioning them before giving back the car. So in the end we ended up paying as much as one of the bigger renting companies with less rights in terms of damage coverage. Slow in handing the car

Cons: His first question was, is this our first time in Madeira? Our answer was yes. The rental company said that the rented car, which would have cost 315 Euros, was not suitable for driving on Madeira roads. The next category cost 700 Euros. We have experienced that the Customer is lured there with the cheap price and then forced to buy an expensive car. Why do they recommend a car that they know is not suitable for the roads there? So we had to pay more than double!

Pros: Very friendly service, no hidden charges, return the car undamaged and with a full tank of fuel and everything is fine, no extra charges. Getting through the contracts and rental agreement was very quick and picking us up and dropping us back at the airport was handy too. Great service overall

Pros: They picked me up and took me to the car rental site. Dropping off was fast and efficient The car took me everywhere I wanted to go

Cons: I felt under real pressure to upgrade the car and take out additional insurance. My view is if the car wasn't fit to drive around Madeira then it shouldn't be offered. Same for the basic insurance where there was great shaking of heads and sharp intake of breaths as I refused the €25 per day additional insurance There was no instruction on the controls of the car, fortunately the lights were set to automatically come on as I thus was required in Madeira's tunnels

Cons: When arriving it was clear where we had to wait, i had to ask a few people at the airport. Once i waited 20min, i then called the company for them to collect us. Also the security deposit and insurance wasn’t clear at booking but the team informed us of it all once there. Would have been nice to know before.
