Cons: the drop off process is really messy. 3 different employees wrote to whatsapp. they told to drop off the car at the airport, unlocked, with key inside. still no info if the dropoff was okay, no one is answering on whatsapp, and you can't call them. deposit is not returned.

We order car suv type , with baby seat , We landed in DXB airport , they don’t have front desk in airport , driver was waiting out side ,when car arrived we saw it’s not the car we orders , we order a big suv that should feet 3 big luggage , we got a car that can fit 1 luggage. And without a baby seat!!! Car arrived with empty gas we waited 2.5 hours in 45 degree to get baby seat. They threatened was need to order police.

Cons: The deposit process is taken much time to return it.

Cons: the smell of the car because as if someone smoked in that car for a long time and it was hard to get rid of the smell. also, i didn't get the car i asked for or anything similar to it
