Pros: The first car had some issues but swapped to another car which was a new car and it did the job for my trip.

Cons: There was no actual rental company desk at the airport it was just some random guy that came with the car.

Pros: Pestered me before the rental. Brought the wrong car and told me to take it for now then they’ll swap. Car was damaged. Went radio silent until the last day of rental. No calls answered, no messages replied to, no emails replied to.

Pros: Asghar and Mr Khan were great on drop off and pickup of the vehicle

Cons: A bit unclear on where to return the vehicle and pickup location on arrival

Pros: Good value for money. Very efficient other than forgetting the car seat.

Cons: Car seat wasn’t there on pick up. This delayed us.

Pros: KTC gulf rent a car especially Asghar was on top of the things. He was ready with placard to receive me at the airport and explained about the rental process. He was an asset to the KTC gulf rent a car and I will definitely book with same car company again and love to work with Asghar again.

Pros: Don't trust the agents at all. There are hidden fees on their agreement that they will charge you after 2 weeks, like car wash etc.

Cons: The quality of the car. Hidden fees such as car wash. Wrong information about VAT charges that can be refunded on my way back to airport and they didn't. The time I spent to return the car as they didn't have an office in the airport. Dealing with different agents.

Cons: Car had Transmittion problems, credit cards didn’t work for deposit (10pcs) but worked everywhere else.

Pros: Asghar who was the driver delivering the car owned by KTC, was very good guy and did a great job coordinating both delivery and return. He delivered an upgraded vehicle at no additional fee and also helped with luggage loading and unloading. Will use this service again

Cons: We requested a 3 row seat car with comfortable seating. Even though we got a free upgrade to a better car, but the 3rd row seat was very small for 2 adults and that was a little annoying during our visit to Dubai. I own a Chevrolet Traverse in US and it has 3 comfortable rows for 7 person seating. That is better than a Mitsubishi Pajero claimed to have 3rd row seat. That 3rd row seat is only good for kids and if you have not much carry on

Cons: When leaving the field we paid for parking unnecessarily. 200 dirhams were stolen from us for an international driver's license that we did not receive When returning the vehicle, we were unable to find the company's point

Pros: The company came and picked the car a day before my travel.

Cons: I ordered an SUV and received a standard sedan (mitsubishi lancer) car. Unfortunately, I didn't have much time to change companies and rates became way higher for same-day rental so suttled for this. The company promised to give me the SUV car on the same day or the day after as it had a technical issue and they never replaced the car. I had to take a taxi to the airport because the car didn't fit my stuff and I specifically got an SUV for that reason.

Pros: Mr Asghar delivered the car was very helpful and professional. I would recommend mr Asghar but not the KTC Gulf A car rental company because they are not professional when it comes to any issue with the car.

Cons: Service provided by KTC was very poor, when I informed them the day I picked up the car about the issue they respond saying there is no issue and if needed to check being the car to them. When I arrived to their office they still didn’t believe me finally they agreed to change but didn’t had any car in that category. They suppose to upgrade but they didn’t wanted and after arguing for 45 mins they gave me Mazda 6 which is not suv despite they had different suv but they didn’t wanted to provide.

Pros: What gave us an additional peace of mind, is the fact that we could connect with them by what’s app all the time - before and during our trip. We will definitely reach out again to Asghar next time we are in Dubai.

They received us by flashing my name card at the arrival gate and provide free car upgrade for bigger car. As KTC office is not in the Airport, Ashgar delivered the car to us at the carpark. Very good service. Highly recommend
